The settlements of the Trilogy sale were also subject to a number of conditions, including shareholder approval, and the completion of the Kundip asset sale, as well as the resolution of issues between Silver Lake and LN Metals International surrounding the zinc and lead offtake agreements to the satisfaction of Silver Lake.
