Sabina Gets C$50 Million Payday as Hackett River Sale Closes

Mineweb reported that Sabina Gold & Silver (TSX:TBB) profited $50 million from the sale of its Hackett River project.

As quoted in the market news:

For Sabina, which first announced the deal in June, the rationale behind the sell-off of Hackett River, a large but remote zinc-silver deposit in Canada’s north, was its stated desire to focus on precious metals.
