Primero said 2011 gold production at the mine would come in at between 80 000 oz and 85 000 oz, compared with the prior projection of 90 000 oz to 100 000 oz for the year. The mine’s anticipated silver production for 2011 remains the same at 4.5-million to 5.0-million ounces.
