Net profit for the first quarter jumped to $19.8 million, or 23 cents per share, from $485,000, or 1 cent per share, a year ago. Endeavour Silver’s adjusted profit rose to $19.6 million, or 22 cents per share, from $14.5 million, or 18 cents per share, in the year-ago period.
