CMC Metals Ltd. (CVE:CMB) reports on an update on the Bishop Mill permit.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Once the approval has been completed, the Amended Plan of Operation submitted to the Bureau of Land Management can be reviewed for acceptance. During meetings with the BLM, it was stated that the Amended Plan of Operation should be ready for acceptance within a month after the Water Boards approval. Construction of the Class A pond will start immediately once the Plan of Operation has been accepted. Construction, mill upgrades and commissioning will occur during the months of July and August.
