Eastern Platinum Limited (TSX:ELR)(AIM:ELR)(JSE:EPS) (“Eastplats” or the “Company”) received notification on 2 May 2012 by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. of the following interests in the ordinary share capital of Eastplats.
Reason for notification – An acquisition or disposal of instruments with similar economic effect to qualifying financial instruments.
