    Bloomberg reported platinum miners in South Africa fell on Wednesday as Implat (JSE:IMP) announced it may deliver 50% less mineral to customers.

    As quoted in the market news:

    Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd. (IMP) , the second-biggest producer, fell for a second day, sliding 1.3 percent to 161.01 rand. Deliveries of the metal to customers may be about 50 percent less than usual at its largest mine, which remains closed after an illegal strike, the company said.
