Pro-Or Mining Resources (TSXV:POI) is to extend the expiration date of warrants issued in respect of a private placement which closed on June 11th, 2009 by one year.

 Pro-Or Mining Resources (TSXV:POI) is to extend the expiration date of warrants issued, in respect of a private placement (which closed on June 11th, 2009) by one year.

As quoted in the press release:

The private placement of June 11th 2009 represented 20 units for an amount of five thousand dollars ($ 5,000) per unit, for a total amount of $ 100,000, each unit consisting of:

  1. 20,000 warrants, each warrant to purchase one (1) class “A” of the Company at a price of $ 0.35 for a period of 12 months following the closing of the Offering, subject to an accelerator clause.
  2. The initial deadline of the warrants was June 11, 2010 and was followed by three warrant extension applications. The current application requests an extension to June 11th 2014. The exercise price remains at $ 0.35.
