Pro-Or Mining Resources Inc. (TSXV:POI) announced that the Exchange has accepted the renewal of the warrants’ term issued in June 2011. The maturity of the bonds is extended until June 11, 2014.
As quoted in the press release:
On this occasion, PRO-OR had completed an offering of 20 units at a price of five thousand dollars ($ 5,000) per unit, for a maximum amount of $ 100,000.
i. 400,000 warrants were issued
ii. The maturity of the bonds is extended until June 11th 2014. The exercise price remains at $ 0.35 for a period of 12 months.
