Northern Shield, Implats Firm Up Agreement

Mining Weekly reported Northern Shield (TSXV:NRN) has firmed up a joint venture agreement with Impala Platinum (JSE:IMP) regarding the Idefix property.

As quoted in the market news:

The partners had in January inked a letter of intent that would see the South African platinum miner earning a 50% ownership of the property.

The deal also includes two other propsective properties that Implats can earn 50% of.
