As quoted in the press release,
In conjunction with the QT, McGregor and Canadian Platinum will amalgamate to form a corporation which will carry on under the name “Canadian Platinum Corp.”. Subject to the satisfaction of the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange, the amalgamated corporation will be listed as a Tier 2 Issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange and its common shares will trade under the symbol “CPC”.
