Amplats Sets New End Date For Striking Miners

Mining Weekly reported Anglo American Platinum (LSE:AAL) on Friday warned absent employees to report for duty by no later than the start of operations of the night shift on Monday.

As quoted in the market news:

The platinum producer said that the 20% attendance at its Rustenburg mines was “disappointing” and that legal avenues would need to be pursued if the workers failed to return to work.
