Stillwater Mining announces plans to extend 2 mines in Beartooth Mountains in Montana

Canadian Business Online reports that Stillwater Mining (NYSE:SWC) intends to extend its’ Platinum and Palladium mines in the Beartooth Mountains of Montana.

The story is quoted as saying:

The new mining activity would be within the boundaries of the company’s existing mine permits. The Graham Creek project is immediately to the west of Stillwater’s East Boulder Mine near McLeod and the Blitz project is just east of its Stillwater Mine near Nye.
