Starfield Resources Files Notice to Make a Proposition Under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

Starfield Resources Inc. (TSX:SRU), a palladium exploration company, announced that with consent from its board of directors, it has filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Part III provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act of Canada.

As quoted in the press release:

Pursuant to the Notice of Intention, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PWC”) has been appointed as the trustee in the Company’s proposal proceedings (the “Proposal Trustee”) and in that capacity will monitor and assist the Company in its restructuring efforts.
