Precious Metals Held Steady

Reuters Africa reported precious metal prices held steady on Thursday, as optimism for a solution to the euro zone crisis underpinned sentiment.

As quoted in the market news,

Spot palladium lost 0.8 percent to $599.97. It is down nearly 25 percent so far this year as the worst performer in the precious metals complex.
