The weekly increase beats gains of 9.1 percent for copper, 5.8 percent for silver and 3.7 percent for gold. The metal, used in autocatalysts and electronics, gained 1.1 percent to $637.75 an ounce at 4:11 p.m. in Singapore, rising for a fifth session.
