Palladium Jumps on Improved U.S. Economic Data

Bloomberg reported palladium jumped as other precious declined on the news that jobless claims have dropped.

As quoted in the market news:

On the Nymex, palladium futures for March delivery jumped 3.2 percent, the most since Dec. 6, to $654.40 an ounce.
