NovX21 Inc. (“NovX21 or the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Salvatore Infantino, Mr. Sam Szlamkowicz and Mr. Manuel Guedes are joining the Board as independent board members as well as will sit on the Audit Committee of the Company. Mr. Yvan Tremblay is resigning effective immediately.
