Ex-Gov Partners with Clinton Group on Stillwater Mining

Bloomberg reported that former Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer has teamed up with investor activist Clinton Group to help Stillwater Mining Co., a palladium producer based in Montana.

As quoted in the market news:

In December, Clinton cited a declining stock price in calling for the retirement of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Frank McAllister, cost-cutting and the sale of a mining project in Argentina.
