Ensurge Announces Agreement With GlobalMin Guyana

Ensurge, Inc. (OTC:ESGI) reports an agreement with GlobalMin Guyana, Inc. to consult in the recovery of precious metals within Guyana.

The press release is quoted as saying,

GlobalMin has discovered and documented presence of alluvial platinum group metals (PGMs) and has targeted areas for immediate additional exploration.  Currently GlobalMin has no leases or property ownership.

Ensurge will provide financing for equipment and operating expenses along with managing the operations of the project. Ensurge and GlobalMin will split the pre-tax profit from the operation of the tailings processing facilities.  Funding will need to be raised for any future projects.

Ensurge’s CEO is quoted as saying,

Preliminary sampling and assaying of these tailings has indicated a wide range of precious metal and platinum group metal content.  Sampling, assaying and metallurgical recovery process development is on-going
