Yellowhead Mining Inc.(TSXV:YMI, TSX:YMI) announced the appointment of a new director to its board. Ms.Beverly A.Bartlett was appointed to fill a casual vacancy on the board effective today.
As quoted in the press release:
Ms. Bartlett has over 35 years of administrative and supervisory experience, and has over 15 years of corporate secretarial experience. Since 1997, she has worked with Global Mining Management, and in this capacity has been responsible for overseeing corporate administration and maintaining regulatory compliance of both public and private companies in the resources and energy fields.
