Purpose of presentation:
1. To bring all shareholders, both existing and prospective, up to speed on the corporate agenda moving forward in 2015. Mr. Berlet will outline the status of the Bass Project and the company goals in their joint venture with optionor, Cogonov Inc.
2. To introduce Shawn Ryan and hear his thoughts on new technologies now being employed by the company he founded, GroundTruth Exploration, and how these advances in exploration technology will preserve and maximize working capital.
3. To understand why the Yukon is considered the top jurisdiction on the planet for mineral exploration potential and why it is in the top ten globally for government assistance and cooperation.
