Pretium Resources Inc. (TSX:PVG) exercises its option to acquire mineral and property rights totaling 69,810 hectares from Silver Standard Resources Inc.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Under the terms of the Acquisition Agreement, Pretivm was granted the option to acquire Silver Standard’s interest in contiguous mineral and property rights located to the east of the Projects, and to assume all related liabilities. With the exercise of the option, Pretivm now controls a continuous land package from the Projects east through to Highway 37.
