Premium Exploration Inc. (TSXV:PEM,OTCQX:PMMEF) announced that it has sold limited surface rights to private property for the sole purposes of ranching. This 640-acre private ground is located adjacent to the Buffalo Gulch Zone.
As quoted in the press release:
The limited surface rights sold contain 640 acres of private ground, and are located adjacent to the Buffalo Gulch Zone where the Buffalo Gulch resource is located. This surface area represents approximately 1.4% of the surface rights controlled by Premium along the Idaho Gold Project and is located approximately 20 Km from the Friday deposit.
The sale of surface rights specifically excludes any mineral claims and mining rights, and allows the Company the right to continue its exploration activities.
