Komet Resources Inc. (TSXV:KMT) announced that Albert Wildgen has been appointed as advisor to the company’s management and board of directors.

As quoted in the press release:

Mr. Wildgen holds a law degree from the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, 1976. He was called to the Barreau des Avocats in Luxemburg in 1977. In 1980, Mr. Wildgen joined the law firm of Mr. Victor Bodson, a former Luxemburg Minister and Member of the European Commission in Brussels. Mr. Wildgen served as an Associate Director of Wildgen & Partners until December 31, 2002. He serves on the boards of directors of a number of holding companies and multinational financing companies. He also served on the board of directors of FIDAL International, of KLegal International, regrouping 2800 attorneys from different countries, as well as the Quebec company Petrolia. He is now, among others, member of the board of directors of two banks in Luxemburg. Mr. Albert Wildgen serves as the President of Administration des Biens de S.A.R. Le Grand-Duc de Luxembourg.
