Kinross Succeeds in Bid to Acquire Underworld Resources

Kinross Gold Corporation (TSX:K)(NYSE:KGC) reported that the company has been successful in its bid to acquire Underworld Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:UW) under its previously announced offer.
