Goldcorp Chairman Ian Telfer Inducted Into Canadian Mining Hall of Fame

Gold InvestingThe Canadian Mining Hall of Fame has announced its 2015 inductees, including Ian Telfer, chairman of Goldcorp (TSX:G). Other inductees included Peter M.D. Bradshaw, Ronald K. Netolitzky, Chairman of Skeena Resources (TSXV:SKE) and Mackenzie Iles Watson.

Telfer is renowned for his ability to raise large sums of money for small companies and for identifying wealth-creating opportunities. In recent years, he has helped create six successful companies, with three of these later acquired by larger entities.
