The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Kasbah Resources (ASX:KAS) plans to issue 87.5 million shares, and offer a share purchase plan to raise $24 m for the Achmmach tin project in Morocco.
The story is quoted as saying:
Kasbah will issue 87.5 million shares at 24 cents per share through a placement mainly to institutional and sophisticated investor clients of Hartleys Ltd to raise $21 million.The company also plans to undertake a share purchase plan whereby it will offer shares to existing shareholders at the same price to raise up to a further $3 million.
