PBX Continues Extending Copper Mineralization At The Copaquire Property

International PBX Ventures (TSXV:PBX) will hold a meeting of shareholders to discuss a potential property spin-out.

As quoted in the press release:

The Transaction is intended to allow the Company to focus its resources on its Copaquire property and to facilitate further exploration of the Tierra de Oro property and other properties by Chilean Metals. The Transaction will be completed under a court approved Plan of Arrangement under BC corporate law.
