Orbite Aluminae Files Preliminary Short Form Prospectus

 Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT,OTCQX:EORBF) filed a preliminary short form prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada. This prospectus is in connection with a “best efforts” marketed offering of class A shares and warrants of Orbite (the Offering). Euro Pacific Canada Inc. is set to lead the Offering together with National Bank Financial Inc.

As quoted in the press release:

Final pricing and determination of the number of class A shares and warrants to be sold pursuant to the Offering will occur prior to the filing of the final short form prospectus in respect of the Offering. Closing of the Offering is subject to final pricing and regulatory approval.
