Jade Leader Extends Warrants

Jade Leader Corp. (TSXV:JADE) (“Jade Leader” or “the Company”) has approved granting a two year extension to 393,750 warrants exercisable at $0.30 per share expiring on December 28, 2019 and to 106,250 warrants exercisable at $0.30 per share expiring on January 11, 2020. A total of 168,750 warrants are held by insiders and all other terms and conditions of the warrants remain unchanged. The extension is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
