As quoted in the market news:
Speaking in Canada, Robert Gannicott, chief executive of Harry Winston, did nothing to douse speculation that his company was a possible buyer of the diamond assets that BHP and Rio have thrust into the shop window over the past six months.
But he told investors not to expect movement soon.
