Diamond bosses to appear in court

Newsday.com reports that ZMDC officials, accused of participating in the awarding of fraudulent Canadile Miners concessions at Chiadzwa, will appear in court on Monday.

The story is quoted as saying:

Suspended ZMDC chief executive Dominic Mubayiwa, company secretary Tichaona Muhonde, former ZMDC chairperson Gloria Mawarire, and board members Ashton Ndlovu and Mark Tsomondo, were arrested last Thursday.Canadile Miners chairperson Lovemore Kurotwi, who was arrested at the same time, is also expected to appear in court on Monday.
