Diamcor Mining Inc. Finalizes Acquisition of Krone-Endora and Appoints New CFO

Fundamental Research Corp reports that  Diamcor Mining Inc. (TSXV:DMI)  has completed the necessary requirements to acquire the Krone-Endor project from De Beers.

The editorial is quoted as saying:

By finalizing this acquisition, Diamcor is one step closer to the production stage and has significantly reduced the risk associated with the company. Diamcor plans to proceed with the recommendations from the recentlycompleted independent NI43-101 technical report. Immediate development includes taking the project to a bulk sampling stage and completing additional property wide drilling.
