Botswana Diamond Export Falls 29 Percent In Third Quarter

Mmegi Online reported Botswana exported 29 percent less rough and polished diamonds than in the previous three months.

As quoted in the market news:

Bank of Botswana figures released last week indicate that diamond exports reached P2.4 billion in September, rebounding from a three-year low of P747 million in August. In total, the third quarter produced exports of P5.563 billion down from P7.852 billion in the second quarter.
