Uranium Energy’s Amir Adnani Talks Uranium on Bloomberg TV

Bloomberg TV published a video interview with Amir Adnani, chairman and chief executive of Uranium Energy Corp. (NYSEMKT:UEC).

In the interview, Adnani states:

We’re in a very unique position in that we’re a debt-free company. Typically mining companies don’t start production without some kind of project-financer debt. We were able to acquire a processing plant from a major uranium company, which saved us a lot of time and CAPEX. As a result, we were able to finance the rest of the project with equity, such that we are debt free right now. We have a very robust balance sheet, and we haven’t signed any contracts that commit us to a fixed price.
