Toro to Acquire Mega Uranium’s Lake Maitland Project

ABC News reported that Toro Energy (ASX:TOE) plans to acquire Mega Uranium’s (TSX:MGA)’s Lake Maitland uranium project, located near their Wiluna project in Western Australia.

As quoted in the ABC report:

Under the $37 million deal, Mega Uranium will become a key shareholder of Toro taking a 28 per cent stake in the company and holding two board positions.
