Titan Uranium Inc (CVE:TUE) reports that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved its graduation to Tier 1 Issuer status ith effect of August 25, 2011.
The press release is quoted as saying:
As stated in TSX-V’s Policy 2.1, “A Tier 1 listing represents the TSX-V’s premier tier and is reserved for the most advanced public companies with the most significant financial resources. Tier 1 Issuers benefit from decreased filing requirements and improved service standards.”
Tier 1 status will permit the Company to take advantage of more favourable regulatory environment and financing mechanisms.
Titan’s President and CEO, Chris Healey says:
“This graduation is clear recognition of the importance to our share holders of our Sheep Mountain uranium project in Wyoming. We look forward to continuing to move the project ahead with production expected in late 2013/early 2014.”
