Paladin Energy Ltd-Mark Chalmers Takes on Role of Executive GM-Production

Paladin Energy Ltd. (TSX:PDN,ASX:PDN) reports that Wyatt Buck, Executive General Manager – Production will be leaving in May.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Company has secured a highly suitable replacement for Wyatt. Mark Chalmers who commenced work with Paladin on 28 April 2011 has 30 years of international uranium experience, a large part of which has been associated with project development and operations in the US, Australia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. He has also worked on gold projects in Ghana. Mark qualified as a Mining Engineer from the University of Arizona in 1980. He has worked for Energy Fuels Nuclear, Cameco, Heathgate (the Australian subsidiary of General Atomic) and until recently was Managing Director of Uranium Equities Ltd (an ASX listed exploration company).
