Menafn reports Mega Uranium and U308 Ltd have entered into a definitive agreement whereby U308 Corp. will acquire all of Mega Uranium’s South American properties as well as $4 million in cash in exchange for common shares of U308 Corp.
The acquisition will provide U308 Corp. with an expanded portfolio of projects at various stages, from the National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101″) compliant resources in Guyana, to significant resources in Columbia and near resource and discovery potential in Argentina.
