As quoted in the press release:
The Project, owned by Boxcut Mining Pty Ltd , a wholly owned subsidiary of Mega, immediately surrounds the lease containing the Kintyre uranium deposit, jointly owned by Cameco and Mitsubishi Development Pty Ltd .
