As quoted in the market news:

 Following the latest bid from Rio Tinto Ltd., the question on everyone’s mind is just how high Cameco Corp. is willing to go to win the prize.

According to BMO Capital Markets analyst Edward Sterck, Rio’s current bid (worth $4.70 a share) equates to US$11.51 per pound of uranium on an enterprise value (EV) per pound of resource basis.
