    Forum Uranium Revises Price to $0.40 Per Flow Through Share

    Forum Uranium Corp. (TSXV:FDC) announced that it has revised its flow through share price to $0.40 per share however the unit terms and unit price of $0.35 per unit which was announced in its January 14th news release will not be changed.

    Forum Uranium Corp. (TSXV:FDC) announced that it has revised its flow through share price to $0.40 per share however the unit terms and unit price of $0.35 per unit which was announced in its January 14th news release will not be changed.

    As quoted in the press release:

    Proceeds from this financing will be used for drilling on the NW Athabasca project, exploration on the newly acquired Clearwater claims adjacent to the Fission/Alpha PLS discovery in the Athabasca Basin, exploration on the Agnico Option in the Thelon Basin and for general working capital.
