Energy Resources Increased Uranium Production 96%

Mining Weekly reported Energy Resources of Australia (ASX:ERA) has reported a 96% increase in uranium production in the last three months.

As quoted in the market news:

ERA said on Thursday that its Ranger mine produced 1 239 t of uranium oxide (U₃O₈) during the quarter, which was also 23% higher than the previous corresponding period.

Production at the Ranger operation was impacted by the suspension of processing operations between January and June 2011.
