Energy Fuels Up 8%, Touches Near 30 Month High

Nasdaq reports on Energy Fuels Inc (TSX:EFR) is up more than 8% at $1.15 and has touched  a near 30 month high.

The market news is quoted as saying:

EFR reported today that it has been granted approval by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment of a Radioactive Materials License for the 500 ton per day Pinon Ridge Mill facility to be constructed twelve miles west of Naturita, Colorado in western Montrose County.
