Denison Mines Corp. (TSX:DML,NYSE:DNN)announced Steve Blower is the new Vice President of Exploration effective September 1, 2012.
As quoted in the press release:
Prior to joining Denison, Steve was the President and C.E.O. and a director of Pitchstone Exploration Ltd., until that company was sold last month. Pitchstone was a well-regarded uranium exploration company with numerous projects in Canada, including the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan and Nunavut, as well as projects in Namibia. Steve is a geologist with 24 years of experience in the minerals industry. Steve’s background includes mine geology at two open pit copper porphyry deposits in British Columbia, resource estimation for Snowden Group and AMEC plc, and exploration for precious and base metals and uranium.
