Customers Should Buy Uranium As Prices Rebound: Areva

Bloomberg reported that Areva, the second biggest uranium producer, is encouraging nuclear plant operators to buy uranium before the price rebounds.

According to the news, Areva’s Olivier Wantz, head of the company’s mining division, cautioned consumers that:

It would be wise for buyers to make decisions in 2015 at the latest.

All new nuclear plants will significantly boost demand in coming years, even taking into account the phasing out of German plants.
