Alpha Minerals Inc. (TSXV:AMW), Salman Partners Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc. (the “Underwriters”) have entered into an agreement whereby the Underwriters underwrite the offer and sale of 1,500,000 flow through shares of Alpha Minerals on a private placement basis, for an aggregate amount of $3,150,000. Alpha Minerals is exploring Athabasca Basin Project in Saskatchewan together with Fission Energy.
As quoted in the press release:
The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or before January 28, 2013 and is subject to the completion of formal documentation and receipt of regulatory approval, including the approval of the TSXV.
