Washington Post reports tat on Wednesday, President Obama laid out a new energy strategy to reduce U.S. oil imports by one-third over the next decade.

In his remarks, Mr. Obama called for expanding domestic oil sources, boosting the use of natural gas and biofuels, and setting more ambitious auto-efficiency standards, including, in time, the first-ever fuel standards for heavy trucks.
