Vanguard Natural Offers $545 Million for Rest of Encore

Reuters reports Vanguard Natural Resources (NYSE:VNR) announced that it will buy the rest of Encore Energy Partners LP (NYSE:ENP).

The market news is quoted as saying:

The deal, which seals a proposal made by Vanguard in March, adds to its portfolio a company 70 percent of whose reserve as of last year was made up of oil, condensate, and gas liquids.
